IHCL Broadens Presence in Kochi with New Vivanta Hotel in Aluva

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India's largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a new Vivanta hotel in the heart of Kochi, specifically in the Aluva locality. This new addition marks the debut of the Vivanta brand in Kochi and will be the seventh IHCL property in the city, highlighting Kochi's significance in the hospitality sector.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Development at IHCL, expressed excitement about the new venture, emphasizing the importance of Kochi in their expansion strategy. KM Abdul Latheef, Managing Director of Hotel Pearl Dunes Pvt Ltd, also shared his enthusiasm, noting the strong partnership with IHCL and the anticipated success of the new Vivanta hotel in elevating Kochi's hospitality standards.

With this new signing, IHCL continues to expand its footprint in Kerala, reinforcing its commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences. The company currently operates 18 hotels across its Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, and Ginger brands in Kerala, with five more under development. This growth reflects IHCL's dedication to enhancing its presence and influence in the region, ensuring guests receive world-class service and amenities.
