IHCL Launches Taj Cochin International Airport
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), the largest hospitality company in India, has announced the launch of Taj Cochin International Airport. Blending tradition with contemporary design, the hotel was inaugurated by Kerala's Hon’ble Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan.Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and CEO of IHCL, expressed delight at the new addition, emphasizing IHCL’s pioneering role in Kerala’s tourism. This partnership with CIAL adds to IHCL’s portfolio of 19 hotels in Kerala, with 3 more in the pipeline, reinforcing their commitment to enhancing Kerala’s travel landscape. He highlighted Cochin’s growing economic significance as a key city in Southern India and the benefits of the hotel's strategic location.
The 111-key hotel fuses contemporary design with Kerala’s artistic heritage, offering guests a vibrant cultural experience. Guests can enjoy dining at Vista and Nonya, indulge in the holistic wellness brand J Wellness Circle, or host events in the spacious banquet area.
